A Word from Father Desmond
Given the availability of vaccines and the increasing number of adults getting vaccinated in Metro Atlanta, we have resumed public liturgies at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. This significant development is a tremendous blessing for our parish family. As many of you know, we refrained from resuming in-person liturgies during the pandemic until such time that vaccines were widely available. After a long period of responsible patience, we are now able to safely gather again at the Lord's Table.
For those who are able to participate in our in-person liturgies, I look forward to seeing you again. For those who cannot join us in person, please know that we will continue livestreaming 9am Sunday Eucharist as well as liturgies on holy days.
A safe and sustainable resumption of public liturgies at Most Blessed Sacrament requires the support of volunteers. For this reason, the outpouring of support from our parish community is most encouraging.
We will also continue offering spiritual resources for individuals and households, especially the Sunday morning email.
If you have any ideas, needs, or special requests during this new phase of parish life during the pandemic, do not hesitate to contact me or a member of the parish staff. Let us continue seeking ways to creatively serve God and neighbor!
Your Brother in Christ,
Rev. Desmond Drummer
